FLOYD "MONEY" MAYWEATHER, THE "UNDISPUTED" KING OF BOXING
On Saturday, May 14, 2013, at the Las Vegas MGM Grand Hotel and Casino, two of the world’s top boxers competed for boxing’s most coveted status, which is to be boxing’s “pound-for-pound” King. In one corner, current pound-for-pound holder, Floyd “Money” Mayweather 44-0 and the Mexican superstar Saul “Canelo” Alvarez 42-0-1. There were many fans and boxing analyst who believed that Mayweather would be overcome by the younger, stronger fighter. Yet, what we all witnessed was a “master” boxer simply dominating a much younger, stronger but far less experienced fighter in Saul Alvarez.
